Responsibilities

Responsible for all functional support aspects of current FP&A applications (with ERP/GL experience) while we migrate to a new SAAS vendor platform (Netsuite) – very important
Experience with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow forecasting.
Strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership elements and considerable independent judgment and initiative in carrying out project objectives.
Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting by working closely with Corporate Finance FP&A Controllers and managing a team to ensure data accuracy and leading to optimal processes and procedures for analytics team members to follow – Very important
Aptitude to learn newly introduced Financial ERP Cloud applications and ancillary Finance platforms.
Work with finance, operations, and Vertical Leaders to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and ensure that the data provided supports strategic goals – Very Important
Data Analysis and Reporting: Gathering and analyzing data from different systems, to create detailed financial or operational reports that help teams make strategic decisions.
SQL Script Development: Writing and maintaining SQL scripts and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from databases, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
Report Customization: Using tools like Smart View and web forms to customize and build user-friendly reports that highlight key insights.
Troubleshooting and Support: Assisting end-users with report-related issues, troubleshooting any data discrepancies, and making sure that reports are meeting user needs and business requirements.
Automation and Optimization: Streamlining data processes by automating routine tasks and optimizing SQL scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting
5 to 7 or more years of Program Finance or Cost Accounting experience / relevant experience or Master's with 2 plus years’ same experience.
Experience with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
Experience within Professional Services or FinTech industry.
