Responsibilities
Answer questions about how to use our software, while simultaneously enhancing online documentation to minimize the need to answer the same questions repeatedly
Onboard new customers, including database integration and training
Help train our customers on how to use our system
Document and update customer records based on interactions and requests
Learn a wide variety of skills; most customer requests are new and different
Contribute to strategic company direction and decisions

Required
At least a BA or BS degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great problem-solving ability
Agile at answering a variety of technical questions; patient with customers
Proficient at multi-tasking while prioritizing and completing numerous tasks
Ability to write SQL queries
