Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of the status and progress of assigned projects through engineering and manufacturing.
Track and ensure that projects achieve key milestone dates, recruiting support as needed.
Identify quality and delivery concerns, alert relevant departments, and assist in resolving issues.
Ensure mold designs meet both internal and external specifications.
Collaborate closely with other Project Managers, Account & Program Leaders, and Business Development Managers on customer accounts.
Supply required reports to SyBridge Management.
Maintain safe operations by keeping the work area clean and adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Participate in required meetings and training.
Travel when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Liaise with customers' buyers and engineers.
Develop a good working knowledge of customers' standards and expectations.
Represent the company as a global provider to new clients while understanding each location’s capabilities.
Provide coverage for Internal Program Managers and/or Business Development Managers by responding to customers' needs promptly.
Support the Estimating Department with new build quotes as requested.
Initiate project documentation upon receipt of purchase orders, verifying accuracy.
Lead internal and customer design reviews.
Ensure complete and correct SyBridge and customer documentation.
Assist the Business Development team in feasibility meetings and kickoffs as needed.
Update and distribute work orders to engineering and manufacturing.
Manage change order documents with customer revisions or project scope changes.
Publish weekly progress reports to internal departments and customers to coordinate resources and ensure priorities are met.
Schedule tool trials and ensure supplies are in inventory.
Assist Accounts Receivable in collecting outstanding payments from customers.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the mold making/plastic injection industry or experience in B2B sales
5+ years of experience with Korean OEMs (e.g., Hyundai, Kia, or GM Korea) or leading Tier 1 suppliers
Fluency in both English and Korean
Excellent customer service attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast paced, high expectations environment
