Responsibilities

Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Training and Management of Junior Project Managers
Other job related duties as assigned
Manage and lead teams to meet project objectives.
Help manage and develop customer and vendor relationships.
Assist with obtaining technical information, pricing, and creating quotes.
Maintain customer and vendor information records and interactions.
Provide proactive support to customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
Assess program requirements.
Assess deliverables, risks, and timing.
Use critical methodologies to manage requirements.
Manage Program team deliverables using critical path management methodologies.
Provide process expertise and training.
Interacts with executives from all departments to properly support operations.
Responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all program activities, including Project plans, required team and resources, financials, and project timelines to ensure full program benefits.
Provide globally consistent process, policy, workflows, and organization.
Establish familiarity and expertise in business practices.
Deliver updates to the leadership team and keeps appropriate staff informed of development issues and opportunities.
Perform calendar management; schedule and manage vendor meetings.
Investigate and report security violations, incident reports, and coordination of periodic reinvestigations.
Assist with coordination and documentation with prime and subcontractor Facility Security Officer for all levels of security requirements to include VARs, badging and preparation of DD254 forms for prime and subcontractors.
Review security paperwork for accuracy, completion, compliance with Government Agency requirements and submission.
Preparing and implement Facility Security Plans and updates as appropriate.
Establish and maintain a working relationship with the Government Security Office and conduct all preparations for investigations as required.
Assist in required documentation such as but not limited to the following: Performance Work Statements, Statements of work, Subcontracting Agreements, Technical Implementation Plans, Kick off meetings, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Deliverables, Presentations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control Plan.
Assist sales and business development in preforming analysis and forecasting for each project or task.
Perform other duties as assigned

Highly skilled in development and implementation on organizational procedures.
Ability to successful work in fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

Ability to assist in coaching, training, and new employee onboarding.
Effective calendar coordination and manage meeting schedules across many different projects or tasks.
Strong Skill sets in preparation and maintaining cost sheets, pricing tools, and tracking of financial and accounting aspects involved with projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Ability to coordinate, track, obtain authorization and costing of travel or other direct cost as required for direct, indirect or subcontractor travel.
Strong financial process knowledge for accounts receivables and accounts payables, progress billing and all other invoicing.
Strong communication skills, effectively managing global projects across multi-functional teams, demonstrated ability to analyze needs, organize, and integrate disparate information into order.
Microsoft Office experience
Deltek/CostPoint experience
Minimum Bachelors of Science in related Program/Project Management field.
Total of 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years in Program/Project Management and 5 years in administrative, analytical, or customer service.
Experience with organizational development, learning program development and delivery, and a strong track record in delivering impact.
Coaching experience with a recognized coaching qualification.
Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape and matrixed environment.
Experience in managing the rollout of global projects.
ScrumMaster
Be a US Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain up to Top Secret/SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information).
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
