Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and reporting of projects led and resourced primarily within an IT technical team or business unit.
Follow reporting and deliverables consistent, but scaled, with the IT Project Management Office.
Work closely with the IT Portfolio Managers and sponsors to bring visibility to resource and project risks, dependencies and constraints.
Partner with organizational management to onboard new team members and foster continuous team development and process improvement.

Required

Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT (Function Specific: Clinical, Cybersecurity, Network, etc.) required.
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required.
Expert knowledge of technology specific to their position as well as industry standards and trends.
Flexible leadership style with the ability to respond to the changing and varied needs of customers.
Ability to establish positive relationships with teams, peers, and customers.
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, effectively negotiate and manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
Strategy, Process Improvement, Application Design, Project Mgmt., Solution Design and Technical Domain Expertise.
Two (2) or more Domain or Industry Certifications required as approved by department leadership.

Preferred

Master's Degree preferred.
