Responsibilities

Lead a project team in delivering Oracle Local Government SaaS solutions to the customer

Develop trusted relationships with customers, set expectations, provide meaningful and timely communication, and deliver on promises and commitments

Methodically manage complex business and logistical challenges

Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer

Exercise creativity, independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques

Exhibit strong executive presence and ability to interact with key project sponsors

Adopt and apply the Oracle True Cloud Method to State & Local implementations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience

8+ years of managing complex cloud and SaaS projects to successful delivery

Proven self-starter that proactively develops working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical and time management skills

Experienced with gap analysis, risk mitigation, issue documentation, tracking and prioritization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Shown comfort working in rapid paced environments with evolving expectations and priorities

Able to travel up to 25% of the time depending on need

Preferred

PMP Methodology certification

Scrum Master certification

Knowledge/familiarity with Oracle products and services such as NetSuite, and including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Experience in the public administration and municipal systems space (finance, payroll, bookkeeping, municipal tax administration, etc.)

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
