Responsibilities
Prepare individual, business, fiduciary and other tax returns prepared by the firm
Begin developing a command of pertinent IRC sections, regulations and interpretations
Become proficient at tax research including knowledge of the reference sources available to the firm and participate in and direct research projects
Assume responsibility for the completion of tax returns under the supervision of more experienced staff
Prepare tax projections and become knowledgeable with respect to tax planning strategies
Handle tax audits

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
5+ years experience in the preparation of tax returns preferably 1120, 1120S, 1065 and 1040.
Experience with cloud based platforms required.
Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred
CPA or enrolled agent designation preferred
Experience with CCH Axcess and Sureprep preferred.
