Responsibilities

Analyze and document processes and requirements (functional and non-functional)

Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement API solutions that enhance use experience capabilities.

Conduct data analysis

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

Evaluate existing systems and provide recommendations for improvements.

Assist in product verification testing for newly built features.

Required

Deep understanding and expertise in healthcare domain, business analysis skills and Scale Agile (SAFe) framework.

REST API and microservices experience is a must. Understand the desired outcome of API integration, validate design for API based on discovery with system of record.

Strong collaborative skills with the willingness to take ownership.

Superior analytical, problem-solving and resolution skills with the ability to adapt quickly.

Hands-on experience writing SQL queries to perform necessary data analysis, perform technical mapping of data from system of record format to API format.

Work with product owner to breakdown features to user stories.
