Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on enterprises without in-house ServiceNow expertise needing custom integrations or applications.
Develop outreach strategies to promote XpertApps’ development and certification support services.
Build relationships with product owners, IT managers, and ServiceNow administrators to understand their challenges and position XpertApps as the solution.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to showcase XpertApps’ capabilities and service offerings.
Provide strategic insights on market positioning and help refine our approach to client acquisition.

Required
Proven business development or sales experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem or enterprise SaaS.
Strong network within the ServiceNow community and a consultative sales approach.
Ability to communicate technical solutions in a way that resonates with business needs.
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow application development or certification processes is a plus.
