Responsibilities

Working with clients already engaged on our platform and doing outreach in hopes of getting them to upgrade or move from a free account to paid account

Taking the sale from prospect to close

Calling out to current and potential customers looking to qualify and schedule them to meet with an Account Executive

Being the first line of communication with prospects and current customers

Understanding of the sales process

Starting new relationships

Setting our Account Executives up for success

Required

Cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, end to end sales/closing experience

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication skills
