Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
Manage communication channels, including email, phone calls, and messages, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Maintain organized records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives.
