Responsibilities
Instrumental in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis and implementation of various Providence St. Joseph Health compensation programs, including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans
Performs research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans
Ensures pay structures are competitive, equitable and cost effective.

Required
5 years of Compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field.
Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
Healthcare experience.
Union environment experience.
