Responsibilities

You will lead the gathering and documentation of complex requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will be the primary liaison between clients, team members, and the development team to ensure delivery of AEM solutions.

You will provide expertise on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) best practices, helping clients use the platform's full capabilities.

You will collaborate with Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups to ensure deliverables.

You will conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies, ensuring potential project roadblocks are addressed promptly.

You will ensure agreement between technical solutions and needs by facilitating workshops, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing.

You will provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts and contribute to team development.

You will maintain a high level of detail and quality control over documentation and project deliverables.

Required

At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with an understanding of its architecture, workflows, and integration capabilities.

Experience in Agile development environments, with expertise in collaborating across teams.

Demonstrated success in writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for complex, multi-faceted projects.

Experience with Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud platforms, managing workflows, and optimizing content delivery processes.

Ability to balance strategy with detailed, tactical execution.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar).
