Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through lead follow-up and personal outreach
Manage and deliver high levels of penetration in the region
Generate new leads by researching and understanding the market to engage key stakeholders
Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
Contribute to the development of sales strategies that support the team in meeting and exceeding company market share goals and KPIs
Deliver compelling sales discussions in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity.
Be an expert in ProMax Platform offering and communicating its value
Represent Promax at industry conferences and networking events

Required
5+ years of Automotive or SaaS sales experience with outside/remote sales experience required
7+ years of Retail Auto Experience in a Lead, F&I, or GM role required
Proven record of sales success in a similar industry over extended periods
Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience
The ability to understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and meticulous attention to detail
Willingness to travel up to 75% within a defined region
