Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in the deployment of Oracle Health Patient Accounting (RevElate) software.

Ensure that our customer base maximizes the value of this platform.

Customize and deliver educational services to both internal employees and external customers.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Strong presentation and teaching abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.

Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple training events and projects simultaneously.

Proficient in developing instructional materials and utilizing eLearning tools.

Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred

Prior experience in training or education services within a healthcare or technology environment.

Revenue cycle experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Familiarity with Soarian systems is a plus.
