Responsibilities
Host one 20-30 minute episode per week, conducting thoughtful interviews with expert guests in the healthcare experience space.
Collaborate with the AJHCS team to review pre-prepared materials and guest insights to deliver informed, high-quality episodes.
Build rapport with the audience through engaging and professional hosting, embodying the voice of AJHCS.
Work with AJHCS on scheduling, episode planning, and ensuring the podcast aligns with overall content strategy.
Occasionally participate in marketing efforts to grow the podcast's reach and engage with the healthcare community.

Required
Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP): Certification as a CPXP strongly preferred to ensure credibility and expertise in patient experience topics.
Healthcare Experience: Demonstrated background in healthcare, with knowledge of patient, employee, and customer experience best practices.
Strong Communication Skills: Clear, engaging, and professional speaking abilities, with a talent for leading meaningful conversations.
Passion for Storytelling: Ability to create compelling narratives and foster insightful discussions.
Reliability: Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule and delivering high-quality content on time.
Preferred
Experience hosting podcasts, webinars, or public speaking engagements.
Strong network within the healthcare industry, especially among experience professionals.
Familiarity with healthcare innovation and strategic topics.
