3 or more years of paid tax preparation experience, preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for clients/customers, using commercial tax preparation software

The ideal candidate will answer tax questions, solely about individual (1040) returns and all schedules/forms.

This role will be supporting Tax Live

This role will also require typing and Chat support on an as needed basis

Role will be held to multiple KPI’s on a weekly basis
