Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecom sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met.
Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our products and services.
Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.
Manage the company's brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
Work closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing strategies with overall company goals.
Partner with the product development and customer success teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales and marketing performance and initiatives.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points in the telecom industry.
Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through targeted sales and marketing efforts.
Implement strategies to retain and grow the customer base.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or telecom industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
