Responsibilities
Prospect new clients in order to build a robust sales pipeline and close new commercial deals enabling you and your team to hit key sales metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on price, positioning, and product to deliver the most value to ZBD's customers and consequently ZBD (including revenue and clients)
Support the development and tailoring of sales materials to each customer segment and/or prospective client
Engage with key stakeholders across the video game and payments industries and effectively communicate the value proposition of ZBD's products and services
Be the internal voice and champion of ZBD's customers and the broader market in shaping the product roadmap, communications, and product positioning
Critically leverage internal and industry data to drive new business and communicate observations internally
Attend conferences, meetings, and other events to build relationships and raise awareness of ZBD in the market
Build an excelling ZBD's sales team that will be an extension of your enthusiasm and drive to generate new business for the company

Required
10+ years experience in Sales selling B2B solutions to Video Games customers, including in PC/Console and related to game commerce and monetization
5+ years of experience building high-performing sales teams in a high-growth environment
Demonstrable experience building a sales pipeline, pitching to prospective clients, and exceeding sales targets
Strong relationships with AA and AAA developers and publishers, ideally with the majority of relationships at C-level across multiple segments of the industry
Detailed understanding of the Video Games industry landscape, including demographics, core segments, operating metrics and key players
Exceptional listening/communication/presentation skills and problem-solving abilities
Ability to think holistically about clients' own go-to-market and management of that process
Energetic and purpose-driven individual who can work collaboratively with other functional leaders to achieve business goals
Comfortable working in a fully-remote organization, with an emphasis on written and verbal communication
Strong multitasker with the ability to prioritise work based on business and operational needs
Strategic thinker with an enterprise-level orientation, strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to execute at the tactical level within a B2B2C environment
Strong work ethic and orientation toward action and delivery to match the rest of the ZBD organisation
Preferred
Ideally, 3+ years experience with FinTech/Payments solutions
Enjoy attending industry events and connecting with others
Familiarity with Bitcoin and the Lightning Network desirable but not necessary
