Responsibilities

Understand and analyze business processes identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the SAP environment.

Works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business objectives.

Configures SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Order to Cash, Supply Chain) to meet specific business requirements.

Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools, including data cleansing and validation techniques.

Understanding of ABAP development process, SAP integration technology.

Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

Engages directly with end-users to provide understanding and support.

Facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business expectations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT staff, and management.

Skills to train end-users and provide ongoing support, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP system.

Ability to lead overall solution design, product delivery, works well independently, and a self starter.
