Responsibilities
Creating and updating master data entries in several ERPs as a working manager.
Upholding data governance rules, guidelines, and practices to guarantee master data protection, quality, and integrity.
Take the lead in projects to connect master data amongst different systems, such as payroll, ERP, HRIS, and other business apps.
Work together with business partners, reporting/data analysts, and product owners to design and deploy master data solutions.
Identify and convert business rules into models, data solutions, and solutions for data governance and quality.
Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities and industry best practices to steer technical design and implementation and produce dependable, scalable MDM solutions.
Assure timely and accurate delivery of the technical features and master data product.

Required
Preferably a bachelor's degree in a STEM subject. Preference in math, physics, and chemistry.
A minimum of seven years of data management expertise.
Previous ERP experience is necessary; Epicor's Eclipse is preferred.
A thorough understanding of unit of measure conversions, such as the capacity to quickly translate product SKUs into equivalent truckload quantities.
Proficient in Python.
Excellent management and data manipulation abilities, including the ability to join and harmonize data using SQL and Python.
The capacity to work cooperatively with diverse departments and stakeholders to comprehend their data requirements and offer data solutions that support company objectives.
Preferred
It is very desired to have experience with wholesale distribution and the HVAC/R business.
