Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through partners and alliances by identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key partners to expand market reach, accelerate sales cycles, and boost customer acquisition
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner and alliances strategy that aligns with MetricStream’s business objectives, focusing on the top MSPs and AWS
Lead partner-driven go-to-market strategies to significantly boost revenue and expand market share
Design and implement partner enablement programs and incentives that ensure efficient onboarding, product mastery, and successful solution delivery
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to shape and execute business initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to strengthen partner relationships
Lead systems, metrics, and procedures to meet revenue targets
Oversee contract negotiations with partners, ensuring that agreements are aligned with company goals and mutually beneficial to all stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships team, scaling efforts and ensuring successful partner engagements
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results, focused on continuous improvement
Attract, develop, and retain top talent, inspiring team members to exceed targets
Cultivate a competitive, results-driven team environment that emphasizes accountability and excellence

Required
15+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within the enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industry
Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and driving high-performance cultures within partner sales teams
Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive business growth
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of working with cross-functional teams
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
Demonstrated track record of delivering results through collaboration with partners and internal teams
Strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term goals with short-term execution
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through partner channels and alliances, with a deep understanding of sales cycles, channel sales, and indirect sale strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) space is a plus
An MBA is a plus
