Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams to align on analytics deliverables.
Effectively communicate technical data insights through storytelling.
Transform client needs into actionable next steps using a suite of analytics capabilities.
Able to use, curate and deploy most analytics tools and solutions.
Engage hands-on in creating and maintaining dashboards, performing data analysis, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of insights.
Leverage understanding of paid digital media data, platforms, and key performance metrics to guide campaign optimization.
Understands how digital media is attributed, both directly and indirectly, and can participate in modeling those outcomes.
Manage tasks using various project management tools (e.g., Jira), fostering transparency and efficiency in project tracking and prioritization.
Establish standardized processes within task management tools to streamline project execution and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Able to mentor new hires and less sophisticated clients.
Positioned to eventually take on direct reports for pod embedded analysts.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years in analytics client management, with demonstrated skills in data storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign support.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Datorama), familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Jira), and experience with paid digital media metrics.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities with a client- and team-focused approach.

Preferred

Preferred certifications in data analytics or project management (e.g., PMP, Google Analytics).
