Workday - Principal Consultant, HCM - Core HCM and Recruiting

Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of modules within the Workday HCM platform.
Work closely with clients to understand their HR strategies and requirements, and translate them into effective solutions within Workday.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate client stakeholders on advanced compensation best practices and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of advanced compensation modules with other Workday modules and third-party systems.
Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends related to advanced compensation, and provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.

Required
Workday HCM and Recruiting certifications are REQUIRED.
Demonstrated advanced experience in implementing and configuring Workday HCM solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with clients at all levels of an organization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
Preferred
Additional experience with Talent, Learning, and Comp, is desired.
Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices, including incentive compensation, merit planning, and total rewards.
