Responsibilities
Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs.
Develop solutions within ServiceNow, assist with the integration of other applications and tools, system administration, report development and testing of the product and its sub-modules.
Design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise.
Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework functionality.
Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand, and document business and technical requirements.
Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Agile methodologies.
Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades.

Required
5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience including experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML)
Experience with Automation and DevOps Practices; familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git and utilize Agile principals
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience
Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML)
Experience with automation and DevOps practices; familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git and utilize Agile principals
A pro-active, team player with strong communication skills.

Good understanding of Service Portal Architecture
Flow Designers - Flow, Sub Flows, Actions etc.
Good Understanding of CMDB and their relationships
Implementation experience with Integrations - REST/SOAP
