Responsibilities
Develop and implement a data-driven, revenue-focused growth plan for Inman’s eight annual awards categories
Write and distribute engaging promotional materials, including articles, press releases, emails, and social media posts
Create and coordinate all award graphics that will be shared with finalists and winners including winner contact information, headshots and company logos
Manage and maintain award website updates including launching links to nomination forms, adding finalist/winner information, copy editing, etc.
Draft and manage communications to nominees, finalists and winners for each award category
Establish external and internal processes and strategies to increase awards submissions, including Identifying target markets for award submissions and conducting outreach to encourage proactive nomination submissions
Conduct research to compile initial nominee lists, as well as review submissions.
Research, identify and book engaging subject matter experts (SME) for the video content development pipeline
Coordinate SME recording logistics, deliverables to ensure seamless video content delivery
Create marketing materials (emails, social media posts, etc.) to promote and amplify video content.
Create and track key metrics and performance data across all verticals, and report on campaign performance to internal stakeholders.

Required
3-5 years of experience in content management, marketing, or communications roles
Proven ability to craft compelling articles, press releases, and marketing copy
Proficiency in market research and identifying key target audiences
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong project management capabilities with a proactive approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Adept at managing project and time management
Adaptability and enthusiasm for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Experience with Canva, or comparable graphic design tool, a plus
