Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain data infrastructure, including databases, lakehouses and data warehouses.
Work with product teams, business stakeholders, data scientists and application developers to operationalize the data analytics and AI strategies using a variety of cloud-based relational and big data tools.
Develop and maintain data integration and ETL pipelines from various sources into data storage systems
Develop dashboards and analytics for Knowtion’s ClaimBRAIN AI-Enabled Platform
Collaborate with machine learning engineers to develop and optimize data pipelines for training and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
Ensure data pipelines are designed to support machine learning use cases, from data ingestion to feature engineering and model serving in a cloud-based environment.
Work closely with ML engineers to integrate data architectures into MLOps workflows, ensuring smooth data flows for both batch and real-time predictions.

Required
B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer
3+ years of hands-on experience working with industry leading big data technologies or data warehouses
5+ years of experience with relational databases like SQL Server and Oracle, including experience with Azure SQL
Experience in writing complex SQL queries and creating data models.
Experience with Databricks or Azure Databricks
Experience with ETL technologies such as Azure Data Factory
Experience with discovering and analyzing patterns in data
Ability to create dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or other tools
Experience with Python and other data engineering languages like PySpark
Familiarity with data science tools like Jupyter notebook or Databricks notebook
