Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop new enterprise business intelligence (BI) service offerings, content creation, and value propositions to support and improve Government business processes.
Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved delivery of data supporting agency financial operations and mission.
Provide ongoing development and maintenance of financial data marts and enterprise data warehouse using BI best practices, relational structures, dimensional data, structured query language skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques.
Administer and troubleshoot BI reporting tool installations: Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau.
Provide end-user support and encourage user adoption. Act as Tier 1 support for end-users of BI tools. Train and support end-user analysts. Direct users to training material and available resources.
Convert business requirements and high-level data collection needs into well-specified analyses, reporting and visualizations.
Define and log work using JIRA.
Participate in recurring team meetings (Agile)

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
Experience developing and troubleshooting BI reports.
Experience administering BI tools including Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau.
Experience working in a Microsoft SharePoint environment.
Experience with AGILE and writing User Stories
Must be able present diagnostic, troubleshooting steps and conclusions to varied audiences.
Experience monitoring and maintaining enterprise BI reporting services.
Candidate must be a US citizen and must be able to pass a security background check
Candidate must reside in the US.
Preferred
Experience using Informatica PowerCenter a plus but not necessary
Banking and lending domain experience a plus but not necessary
