Responsibilities
Define and execute Jotit’s long and short term product roadmap, aligning with company vision and customer needs.
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch.
Manage internal and external resources and own the design and visual-language for the company.
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success to optimize product value and represent the voice of the consumer in the company.
Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously refine and improve product offering and features.

Required
Proven product experience: 5 or more years in product management roles.
Leadership experience: 2 or more years of experience in managerial/leadership roles.
Strong background in roadmap planning, user experience, and design leadership.
Hands-on experience in wireframing, UI/UX and design.
Creativity and out of the box thinking.
Extreme obsession with UX and customer experience. A pixel perfect mindset.
Customer obsession and ability to listen to customers and refine their needs into requirements.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with remote teams
Preferred
Leading product role in EdTech companies, preferably K12 company - An advantage.
A design background and education - An advantage.
