Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and execute territory growth strategies
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through strategic prospecting
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Monitor account health and address concerns proactively
Execute consultative sales approach aligned with company methodology
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs
Drive new business development through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and networking to build a robust pipeline aligned with our vertical markets
Present and position Lotus United's solutions through compelling value-based selling, tailored presentations, and strategic business cases
Act as a brand ambassador by identifying marketplace opportunities, tracking industry trends, and maintaining professional relationships
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, time management, and follow-through while maintaining the highest ethical standards
Ensure customer success by: Swiftly addressing concerns and expediting resolution, Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, Maintaining high-value service for long-term retention, Working closely with marketing team on customer initiatives
Consistently utilize CRM tools to track activities, forecast business, and provide regular reports on sales targets and outcomes

Required
5+ years of proven sales experience in retail merchandising or related solutions
Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in reading and interpreting store planning schematics
Strong understanding of retail industry trends and challenges
Excellence in relationship building and consultative selling
Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
