5+ years of Business Analyst experience in mortgage lending/mortgage origination processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and data flow mapping.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Excellent understanding of business process mapping and optimization techniques.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in mortgage lending, such as RESPA, TILA, and TRID.
