Responsibilities
The primary objective is to raise assets and expand relationships by:
Developing and executing the territory strategy for the firm’s breadth of solutions
Identifying potential new clients, acquiring those clients, and managing the onboarding of these relationships
Fundraise to achieve and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and consultants
Coordinating sales efforts with the Global Head of Business Development as well as the President /CIO of the firm, including but not limited to other members of the investor relations team, investment teams, compliance, etc.
Developing a thorough understanding of the firm’s investment strategies, solutions, products, and structures and effectively presenting the value proposition in a compelling way to investors.
Coordination and collaboration: Work closely with the firm’s senior management and investment teams to align fundraising activities with overall firm strategies and priorities. Ensure seamless information flow and collaboration across teams.
Ensure all activities comply with the relevant regulations and ethical standards and uphold the firm’s commitment to transparency and integrity in all interactions.

Required
Strong understanding of credit-oriented asset classes
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
Proven track record of individual success in raising capital in credit or related strategies
Strong knowledge of, and relationships among asset allocators in private and public pensions, insurance companies, consultants, and other key institutional allocators
Ability to excel in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced, competitive work environment
High energy, outgoing, results-oriented personality with strong work ethic and high self-motivation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently of others while also collaborating closely within a small team
Strong academic achievement at top-tier undergraduate/graduate universities, with a preference for business, finance, economics, or other concentrations.
