Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the development lifecycle for our assessment and curricula products

Address bugs, glitches, and feature fixes in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, senior management) to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

Build new features for both products, ensuring scalability, user-friendly design, and seamless integration.

Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant education standards and regulations.

Maintain detailed documentation of all development processes, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.

Work independently to manage development tasks, timelines, and deliverables, while being adaptable to the changing needs of a start-up environment.
