Responsibilities
Generation of sales materials and aids to support current product brands, including Topical Skin Adhesives and Suture.
To assist in creating and managing market messages to strengthen positive customer interaction and development of the range and brands within the region.
To ensure the sales team is fully resourced to deliver account opportunities to support achievement of project timelines.
To manage analytical market data, sales trending and analysis.
To design demand generating activities external PR/advertising and publication plans and managing implementation.
To develop e-blast content to keep customers and channel partners informed on new product information and training content.
To support sales through identification of strategy, management of sales cycles and establishment of revenue targets.
Delivery of marketing plan in line with the strategy.
Delivery of key demand generations programs and output.
Achievement of sales budget.
Achievement of target sales margin.
Analyzing market data, sales/units/pricing trends; identify trends and opportunities.
Analyzing sales data with support from customer services; identify trends and opportunities.
Monitoring and analysis of competitor activity identifying anything that needs addressing.
Providing direct field support to gain in-field experience and assist sales team when needed.
Assisting the implementation of clinicals/studies both internal and with partners.
Working with the marketing team on creation and delivery of marketing strategy.
Providing distributor support in terms of any co-marketing activity, promotions, and supply channel support.
Inventory management and logistics coordination both internal and with partners.
Management of tradeshow strategy, partner relationships and vendor support functions.
Creation of digital content/resources.
Travel up to 20-30% (depending on time of year)

Required
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing (experience will determine role level)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – required.
Excellent analytical skills including full proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) – required.
Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills – required.
Ability to meet with customers in a hospital setting and be able to fully credentialled for operating room access – required.
Preferred
Business/Marketing or Science Degree preferred.
Healthcare or medical device experience - strongly preferred.
Keen knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – a plus.
Project management skills - a plus.
Time management skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to be pro-active, with a sense of urgency.
Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation.
Highly motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment with continual change.
