Conduct a literature review to surface relevant research that underpins the organizational model (45%)

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or work experience demonstrating expertise in quantitative analysis.
1-2 years of research experience, preferably in the college-to-career space.
Proficient in advanced spreadsheet-based analysis and at least one of the following: Stata, R, or another statistical package.

Preferred

Master’s Degree.
Demonstrated interest and expertise in the college-to-career research space.
A research-oriented mindset with a passion for exploring literature.
Strong writing skills, including experience with academic writing such as literature reviews.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Ability to work with messy data and extract trends and actionable insights.
Understanding of the importance of research in supporting a shared mission.
Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Confluence.
Proficiency in a statistical package (e.g., Stata, R).
Proficiency in APA formatting and citations.
A demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.
Exemplification of core values related to the mission.
Experience that has informed beliefs about the mission and preparedness to engage with the student Fellow population.
