Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive frameworks and strategies to foster organizational agility within Vervint's clients.
Conduct Business Agility assessments and audits, identifying clients' unique challenges, strengths, and growth opportunities.
Assess client readiness for scaling agile practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and establishing key milestones.
Deliver hands-on Agile training sessions, including; Agile for Teams, Scrum Master training, Product Owner/Product Manager training, executive training.
Facilitate team and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
Provide digital transformation coaching, including; change management and leadership guidance, roadmap development for digital transformation, role definition within client organizations, agile best practices and infrastructure setup, and OKR and KPI establishment for tracking progress.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing agile processes using data-driven insights and feedback.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and strategy teams on go-to-market plans for business agility offerings.
Work closely with delivery teams to complete scoping documents, ROI, business cases, and SOWs in the pre-sales process.

Strong executive-level communication skills and experience in fostering organizational buy-in for agile practices.
Preferred
SAFe SPC and CSM certification preferred, with a background in Release Train Engineering (RTE) or organizational transformation.
