Build meaningful solutions and organize visually-complex information in compelling ways.
Test interactive prototypes with customers and contribute to the design system to drive the mission forward.

Required
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer
BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Service Design, or an equivalent field
Strong portfolio that showcases the impact of designs
Visual design and information architecture: A discerning eye for detail, and ability to structure information and actions in a visually stunning, concise, and intuitive manner
Customer advocacy: Experience in helping teams discover, define, and prioritize customer needs by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights
Thoughtful, responsive end-to-end solutions: Ability to solve for different scenarios comprehensively across web and mobile platforms
Mastery of Figma: Proven proficiency in Figma to build cohesive components, designs, and flows
Rapid Prototyping skills: Ability to create quick, interactive prototypes to bring concepts to life
Experience with Design Systems: Knowledge of building and maintaining cohesive design systems that leverage Figma components, variables, and variants
Accessible designs: Commitment to ensuring designs and design components meet WCAG 2.2 and ADA accessibility requirements
Service Design proficiency: Demonstrated ability to organize and map complex workflows to help navigate decision-making processes
Preferred
Animation and microinteractions: Showcase delightful animations and microinteractions delivered to enhance customer experiences
Prior experience in delivering well-crafted B2C/B2B experiences across healthcare, fintech, and scheduling software
Experience with AI/LLMs
Front-end coding skills to bring design ideas to life
