Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end implementation of digital advertising campaigns including CTV, video, email and HIGH impact display, including ad trafficking, creative testing, and troubleshooting.
Utilize ad serving platforms (such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, DCM, AppNexus Xandr etc.) to traffic ads and ensure accurate delivery according to campaign objectives.
Build custom audiences with 3rd party & 1st party data segments in AppNexus/Xandr DSP
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide ongoing analysis to optimize targeting, pacing, and creative strategies.
Coordinate with our direct publishers to execute campaigns and enable PMPs
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives meet technical specifications and adhere to industry standards.
Implement and QA tracking pixels, tags, and third-party integrations to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Use our in house tool to build custom Native html emails with multiple advertisers and automated click trackers.
Create robust reporting beyond impressions and clicks to showcase custom KPIs.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in ad operations and digital advertising.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad tech management, or data analytics roles.
Experience developing insights from third party ad serving and digital analytics tools such as AppNexus/Xandr, Google Ad Manager, DSPs, SSPs, adobe analytics, or equivalent.
Experience with digital media planning/buying
High proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel)
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
Knowledge of digital advertising metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking methodologies.
Experience with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and ad creative optimization techniques.
Proven ability to digest and explain complex ideas using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Lookr
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
