Responsibilities
Engage with warm prospects interested in protecting their estate.
Be the first point of contact, reaching out to potential leads.
Contact warm leads derived from recent direct mail and online inquiries.

Required
A minimum of 2 years of prior OUTBOUND appointment setting experience is required.
Familiarity with using an autodialer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
At least 1 year of experience working remotely.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Exceptional telephone etiquette and articulation.
Ability to generally follow an approved script and effectively overcome objections.
Preferred
Experience in setting appointments for insurance or related financial products is considered a plus.
