Responsibilities

Lead agile development across all stages of the cloud-native component lifecycle, from design and testing to deployment and production support.
Implement and drive best practices in agile methodologies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Design and build high-performance, scalable, and reliable end-to-end systems to support the Business Intelligence platform.
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability while upholding high standards for code quality and software design.
Develop deployment automation using DevOps principles, leveraging tools such as GitHub for source control and Jira for work tracking.
Collaborate across time zones using MS Teams, GitHub, and online documentation to communicate effectively with global teams.
Pursue ongoing learning through industry literature, workshops, and relevant educational opportunities.

Required

7+ years of experience in building large-scale software applications.
3-5+ years of experience in cloud SaaS development, specifically in AWS (EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, event-driven architecture).
Proven experience in developing and maintaining production systems on AWS.
Strong programming skills in Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, React, and Shell scripting, with adherence to good coding practices (Clean Code, SOLID principles, DORA metrics).
Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Strong debugging and optimization skills, with experience in unit and integration testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Preferred

Knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics tools such as ThoughtSpot is a plus.
Familiarity with multiple databases, including SQL, Athena, Redshift, DynamoDB, and Hudi, is preferred.
A Master’s degree or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
