Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can support the genesis Dialer as a contract.
Building and onboarding Genesis Dialer both on call and or via Text message, Voice mails to the agents.
Some of the API integrations are in NodeJS, lambda and Dynamo DB, SQS.
Will be migrating from Genesis to Amazon Connect.

Required
Support the Genesis Dialer as a contract.
Building and onboarding Genesis Dialer both on call and or via Text message, Voice mails to the agents.
API integrations in NodeJS, lambda and Dynamo DB, SQS.
Familiarity with S3, AWS platform Experience.
Preferred
Amazon connect solution is a huge plus.
Migrating from Genesis to Amazon Connect.
Genesis Dialer (Can be Genesis IVR).
Amazon connect is nice to have.
Skills including Firehouse, SQS designing.
