Responsibilities
Obtaining underwriting information for new commercial clients at the direction of the sales team
Work with insurance carrier underwriters to obtain quotations and negotiate terms
Prepare quotes using various insurance carriers on-line rating programs
Keep sales department informed on progress of quotes and gather additional information as needed
Prepare insurance proposals
Document all transactions in Agency Management System and complete any necessary documents needed by insured

Required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Property & Casualty Insurance License
Proficient software skills - Microsoft Office Products, CRM systems & Agency management systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
