Responsibilities

Generate new business by making high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) utilizing Dial technology
Identify and qualify new prospects across Multiple Verticals and Personas
Work in close partnership with Sales (AE), Marketing, and BDR Management to deliver a world-class customer experience for prospective customers
Participate in ongoing professional development and advance professionally within Bolt
Keep detailed account records in the bolt CRM tool.
Develop new and creative ways to obtain additional new business opportunities for your efforts in prospecting, working campaigns, and follow-up.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas.
Work cold outbound leads and qualify inbound leads.
Research emerging technologies, trends, and competitive landscape

Outbound salesSaaS industry experienceMS Office SuiteBilingual in Spanish

Required

1 - 2 years experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or Insurance industry
Understanding or an Interest in SaaS-based solutions
Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to handle objections effectively
Competitive, driven, and passionate about sales

Preferred

Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (will consider sales experience in lieu of degree)
Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus
