Responsibilities
Drive the business development process from initial inquiry to close of sale
Identify key contacts within prospective clients and create and maintain relationships with them
Build strong customer relationships with customers to facilitate cross selling of complementary solutions
Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to create a custom proposal and present the solution to the client
Create, lead and manage client presentations
Be a product and industry expert.
Build and maintain business pipeline
Create annual and quarterly sales forecast and submit management reports as required
Meet and/or exceed sales quota
Travel including overnight, is a requirement for the RSM role

Required
Must have existing relationships with mid to large sized (10+ Rooftop) automotive groups AND experience selling into these groups in both centralized and decentralized environments.
You must possess a 4-year degree from an accredited university. Any additional degree will be a plus.
You must have 7 - 10 years' experience in Sales & Business Development in TIER 3 automotive retail, specifically to automotive dealership groups as an individual contributor - This is a requirement and will be cross checked.
Proven record of accomplishment of selling to auto dealerships, dealer groups, and OEMs.
Strong contacts with large dealer groups - This is a must to be successful in this role.
Proven ability to develop and nurture an assigned area/book of business.
Experience in selling business solutions preferably Web, Digital Marketing, CRM & DMS systems.
Ability to Cold Call and create sales opportunities within prospect base.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent organization and comfortable utilizing internal CRM.
