Responsibilities
Manage the planning and development of online and in-person educational programs targeting master trainers who will educate other clinicians.
Develop interactive and engaging education modules to be placed in ADA’s learning management system.
Participate in instructional design aspects of content development, including maintaining accountability for quality, instructional integrity, and learning outcomes.
Oversee the end-to-end project life cycle of learning programs with rapid turnaround times so that key performance indicators are met successfully.
Ensure program is cross functional and the deliverables in the grant agreement, including registration targets, are met.
Identify faculty and work with trainers to create programs.
Cultivate relationships with volunteers and professional partners to develop content, extend programmatic reach, and identify new areas of opportunity.
Manage vendor relationships as appropriate.
Manage post-program analysis, including budget reconciliations.
Support content development for grants and proposals to develop and grow new or existing funding sources.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7-10 years of program management experience
Experience in developing learning objectives, formulating test questions, and ensuring alignment
Proficiency in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) through practical experience and thorough understanding
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams, shifting priorities, and accelerated timelines
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to help build and manage team productivity/cohesion
International programs may require attend early or late evening meetings; communications outside of regular working hours as needed
Exceptional time management skills overseeing multiple concurrent projects in a matrix organization
Experience managing budgets and writing financial and grant reports
Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes while responding to changing circumstances and priorities
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications
Preferred
Experience in learning management systems, instructional design, learning engagement tools, and online platforms for professional education is a plus
Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise; portfolio may be requested
Experience collaborating with senior-level volunteers
