Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer acceptance.
Source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, applicant pools, and referrals.
Analyze data from ATS and resumes to identify challenges in the hiring process, and find creative solutions to improve efficiency and throughput of the hiring process.
Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a fair and unbiased evaluation of all candidates.

Required
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth company.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Lever) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A people-oriented professional who is approachable, empathetic, and customer-service driven.
