Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy : Design and implement a forward-thinking, comprehensive marketing strategy that amplifies Digistore24’s presence across the U.S. and international markets. You will be responsible for ensuring Digistore24 becomes a recognized leader in the DRM industry.
Brand Growth & Awareness : Position Digistore24 as a thought leader and go-to platform within the DRM industry. Enhance brand reputation and ensure brand messaging resonates with target audiences.
Build & Engage a Thriving Community : Cultivate a loyal base of vendors and affiliates. Develop programs and initiatives aimed at increasing affiliate success and engagement, resulting in more affiliate-driven sales.
Nurture Long-Term Relationships : Build strong relationships with top affiliates and vendors, ensuring their continued success on the platform while delivering exceptional support and resources.
Maximize Event Impact : Oversee all event marketing efforts, ensuring Digistore24 maintains a strong presence at key affiliate and industry events. Organize high-impact dinners, networking suites, and events to engage key industry players and stakeholders.
Ensure ROI for All Events : Implement robust tracking and ROI analysis for all events. Ensure that each event delivers significant brand exposure and engagement, resulting in measurable business outcomes.
Boost Social Media & Digital Presence : Lead efforts to expand Digistore24’s social media reach, specifically on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms. Engage audiences through high-quality content that drives growth in followership, engagement, and overall brand awareness.
Grow Affiliate & Vendor Signups : Design and implement campaigns that increase daily signups of affiliates and vendors, as well as improving the overall conversion rate of active affiliates making sales on the platform.
Mentor a High-Performing Team : Lead and nurture a team of marketing professionals, promoting creativity, innovation, and accountability. Set clear goals for team members and ensure that 75% of the team reaches A-player status by year-end.
Foster Collaboration : Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals, product launches, and sales objectives.
Leverage Data & Analytics : Drive all marketing decisions through a data-driven approach. Analyze performance metrics such as customer acquisition costs (CAC), social media engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Optimize Campaigns for Success : Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Adapt quickly to changes in the market, technology, and audience behavior.
Manage Marketing Budgets : Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns, events, and initiatives are executed efficiently and within budget. Regularly assess spend vs. results to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Optimize ROI : Maximize return on marketing investment (ROMI) through effective spend management and continuous optimization of marketing efforts, whether it’s brand-building campaigns or performance-driven initiatives.
Ensure Consistent Brand Voice : Maintain a unified and consistent brand voice across all marketing channels—social media, website, email, events, and advertising—to ensure Digistore24’s identity is clear and resonates with target audiences.
Crisis Management & PR : Develop and implement strategies to manage any brand reputation risks, including social media crises or public relations issues. Ensure a proactive and thoughtful approach to crisis communications.
Ensure Legal Compliance : Oversee compliance with all relevant digital marketing and consumer protection regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and FTC regulations. Ensure that all marketing campaigns are conducted ethically and legally.

Required

8+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in driving growth and leading high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge and experience in affiliate marketing, DRM, and event marketing with the ability to engage and retain affiliates.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), with a deep understanding of social media and paid media channels.
Strong experience in organizing, executing, and optimizing event marketing strategies, ensuring positive ROI.
A unique blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making. The ability to marry innovative ideas with rigorous testing and analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring all spend is ROI-positive.
A team player who excels at building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
