Responsibilities
Co-develop and execute the business strategy for the consulting division with practice leads, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching objectives. Champion innovation within the consulting practice to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals and pitches for new projects or placement services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and build a trusted advisor relationship with key clients. Actively seek out and build relationships with prospective clients within the web & digital commerce sector, such as online retailers, branded merchandise companies, and digital commerce agencies, to expand our client base.
Work with clients to solution digital marketing technology solutions to the business challenges and goals of potential clients, and tailor solutions using expertise in platforms to meet their unique needs, demonstrate the firm’s capabilities, and produce compelling sales collateral materials that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services to prospective clients.
Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospect identification to deal closure, tracking and documenting sales activities, opportunities, and revenue forecasts with CRM tools.
Collect client feedback, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to inform client engagement strategies. Keep abreast of updates and advancements in solution platforms and technologies. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to remain a trusted advisor to clients.
Achieve annual revenue growth targets for the consulting divisions.
Focus on delivery quality while maintaining appropriate margin targets with the delivery organization.
Maintain and improve client retention rates through enhanced engagement strategies and satisfaction metrics.

Required
Proven track record in B2B sales, with a specific focus on digital solutions that enhance customer experience.
In-depth knowledge of customer experience strategies, digital platforms, as well as CMS, Ecommerce, CRM, CDP, and AI.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients across various levels.
Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales pipeline management.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
