Responsibilities

Conduct analysis of the go-to-market strategy, focusing on target customers, pipeline generation, the ability to close that pipeline, and customer retention.

Review current processes for deal desk operations, invoicing, commissions, and territory planning, among other areas, and recommend improvements.

Understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to enhance the experience and operations.

Collaborate with finance on budgeting and forecasting for the go-to-market areas.

Manage ad hoc tasks such as investor reporting and Board presentation preparation.
