Responsibilities

Data entry

Run Compliance Ease auditing system

Review and assess Loan Estimates

Review and assess Closing Disclosures

Review and verify TIL for compliance

Review and verify HUD-1 for allowable fees

Understand, review, and verify all ECOA requirements for compliance

Regular attendance and punctuality

Required

Must be familiar with New TRID requirements

Understanding of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure

Experience with TIL, FNMA 5%, High Cost Testing, and HUD-1 Fees for NPL

In-depth knowledge of standard document verification practices and procedures

Work well within timeframes and team commitments

Strong PC and technical skills required

Goal-driven, team player

Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Processing experience a plus

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

The ability to work under stressful situations

The ability to establish priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

Ability to manage large caseloads with tight deadlines
